Why practice with me?

Originally made in Indonesia, based in Auckland, New Zealand. Currently teaching yoga across fitness centres, yoga studios and retreats around Auckland. I’m a yogini by heart, but it was not a smooth journey. Let alone smooth journey, I was one of those people who used to talk so much sh!t about yogis. I thought the breathing was excessive and boring, until I had my first SI joint syndrome injury which forced me to do yoga more regularly. Long story short, yoga came back later on as an emotional support when I used to deal with a stressful corporate job working for one of the 500 fortune companies.

I am a firm believer of Ayurvedic medicine which is the sister science of Yoga, and I aim to dedicate most of my time studying Yoga and Ayurveda. 


 They say only enough suffering brings you to yoga, and my journey hasn’t been very pleasant. My journey to yoga and Ayurveda have both started from painful events that encouraged me to seek various healing modalities. 


Although it hasn’t been a smooth ride, but I can say I’m glad it brought me here. It feels like I was meant to break over and over again to shatter. Every time I shatter, the pieces are too small to be fixed that I have to let go and surrender.


And every time I let go, I make room to receive more spaciousness and deep compassion for myself and others. Where ever you are in your yogic or mindfulness journey, I am here for you. I see you, I feel you, I hear you.
